Returns

If a piece isn't right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached, in their original packaging.

Exchanges

To exchange a piece for a different size, write to us and we'll arrange it, subject to availability.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@sloanebenoit.com with your order number and the pieces you're returning.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Return shipping within the US is complimentary.
3. Pack the pieces in their original packaging, attach the label and drop off the parcel.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear.

Final sale

Pieces marked final sale can't be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or incorrect pieces

If a piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
